I produce Architectural Renderings using Painter Gouache and Air-Brush.  A Full Colored Painted Rendering will give your Project an Artistic and Dramatic Presentation.  Once the final rendering is completed it is Digitized and the original Mounted on White Mat Board and Foam Core with a Cover Sheet ready for Display on any Easel. 

These Architectural Illustrations are not only great presentation exhibits, but are pieces of Artwork that can be framed and displayed on any Office or Conference Room Wall.

My comprehensive Architectural background allows me to take either very preliminary Design Sketches or completed Construction Documents to produce very detailed Architectural Renderings.
PROCESS FOR HAVE A RENDERING PRODUCED

  1.  Contact me to set up an Appointment to discuss your Project and Deadline.        

  2.  Put together your Project Drawings and Images.  I will meet with you to discuss the perspective view, details, and rendering costs.

   3.  I will produce a Preliminary Perspective View of the Project for your approval.    

  4.  After the Preliminary Drawing is approved,  I will proceed with the Final Illustration matching the Building Materials and Colors you select and provide me.
HOME 5.  Upon completion of the Final Rendering a low resolution image is created for your approval.  Finally the Finished Rendering is Digitally Scanned at a high resolution.
